We are a pet-friendly hotel: Hotel Princesa Parc 4*

At the 4-star Hotel Princesa Parc, we are pet-friendly: we accept up to two pets per room for a daily supplement and include a welcome kit. Simply let us know in advance or add your pet during booking so everything is ready upon your arrival.

Important: Pets are not allowed at the 5-star Hotel Princesa Parc Excellence. If you are traveling with your pet, we recommend booking at the 4-star Hotel Princesa Parc.

  • Dogs and cats are welcome (other species upon prior consultation).
  • Maximum 2 pets per room.
  • A daily supplement of €15 per pet per night will be applied.
  • Includes welcome kit upon arrival.
  • You need to notify us during the booking process or before arrival.
  • Upon arrival, we will invite you to complete and sign the following form: Pet friendly policy and customer commitment. You can download and sign it in advance.

Access allowed to:

  • Bar terrace.
  • Lounge bar and bowling alley bar.
  • Pool terrace.

Access is not permitted to:

  • Restaurant
  • Inside the pool area.
  • Wellness & Spa Center and Gym.

Pets must always be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs.

They should not be left alone in the room for long periods or during cleaning.

Owner's Responsibilities

Owner's Responsibilities

  • The owner is responsible for any damage or disturbance caused to other guests or to the furniture.
  • On the day of departure, the staff will check the room to ensure there is no damage caused by the pet.
  • You must pick up after your pet and keep the area clean. Any damage will be added to your bill.
  • It is mandatory to carry current health and legal documentation (vaccinations, chip, etc.)
  • In Andorra, the law requires carrying a bottle of water to dilute urine and bags to collect feces. Failure to comply can result in fines of up to €150.
  • Check the official requirements for traveling with pets on the website of the Government of Andorra.
