All occupants must present an ID or passport upon arrival to complete check-in.
Presenting an identity document is mandatory by law in Andorra.
Tourist tax:
The room price does not include the tourist tax , which is €2.09 per person per night at the Hotel Princesa Parc and €3.14 per person per night at the Hotel Princesa Parc Excellence , applicable up to a maximum of 7 nights and for guests aged 16 and over.
This fee must be paid directly at reception on the day of arrival.
Children's Policy:
Children 0 to 3 years : 1 baby stays free when sharing a bed with parents. You can add the baby in the next step of the booking process. You can also request a crib for an additional charge.
Ages 4 to 12: supplement per night, already included in the price if the child has been correctly added to the reservation.
Ages 13 to 17: These are considered adults for fare purposes. They must be selected as children in the search engine, but the system will automatically apply the corresponding fare.
Important:
The reservation must include all occupants.
If a child has not been added during the booking process and shows up at the hotel, the corresponding supplement will be applied at check-in.
