2. How can I redeem the Gift Card?
When making your reservation, enter the PROMOTIONAL CODE code that appears on your Gift Card.
3. Can a reservation be made with a name different from the one that appears on the Gift Card?
Each Gift Card is personal and non-transferable and can only be used for a reservation made in the same name as the person who purchased it or the person to whom it was gifted during the purchase.
4. Until when can I use the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the time of purchase.
5. Who receives the Gift Card and how?
After completing the purchase, you can send the Gift Card by email to the recipient. The buyer will also receive an email with the code and proof of purchase.
6. If the reservation I want to make is for an amount less than the value of my Gift Card, will the remaining amount be kept?
If the total amount of the reservation is less than the value of the Gift Card, the unused amount will be saved for use in another reservation within the validity period of the Gift Card, using the same code.
